Mr. Leal is a Civil/structural engineer with over twenty five years experience in structural engineering and construction management. His expertise has been sought out by the Government of Puerto Rico in the development and construction of most of Puerto Rico’s major Infrastructure from 1996-2007.
Mr. Leal is Knowledgeable on: California Building Code (CBC), BOCA, IBC, AISC, ACI, AASHTO, IDOT, AWWA, API standards and Specification
Mr. Leal is skilled in STAAD, ETABS, ENERCALC, LATPRO, RETAINPRO and other engineering software.
